I chose small for spiciness and medium for sansho pepper. You can always choose the non-spicy option if you don't enjoy spiciness. The flavor of the soup base was rich and stimulating, which matched well with the ramen. The thickness of the ramen is unlike ordinary ones, and is actually a bit thicker which allows more soup to stay on. The portion of the pork bellies is very huge considering we ordered double pork bellies The. texture of the pork bellies was chewy and yet still soft, as there was quite a high proportion of fat. There was no coddled egg in this ramen though, which was a pity and you could add extra ones for sure.
All in all, we had a very special meal at this ramen place and left feeling satisfied. This ramen experience was out of this world, we're definitely coming back for a spicier attempt🌶
