In other words, DO NOT expect authentic Xianjiang cuisine, instead expect Xianjiang-inspired dishes homogenized and fit to European/Hong Kong tastes, roughly a high-end equivalent of the world food section of Disneyland. Having said that, the taste of the food is not bad, if nothing special. The appetizers with pumpkin are tasty, as is the curry and the fried eggplant dish. The set menu also seems like a good deal. They have a Xianjiang beer that is good too, although a little pricey, as are all the drinks. Overall, not a bad place as long as you are not expecting authentic regional cuisine, but probably not worth a second visit.
