I lived around that place 20 years ago...So called..正宗炭火燒豬..but so what? 炭火, by itself, is not and should not be the winning card, people are not trying to 燒炭.燒肉is always a multi-dimension thing..Admittedly, 永合隆was good, but no longer. 燒肉and 叉燒were good.Back 20 years ago, they used fresh pigs for 燒肉.then they switched to ..probably because their business was too good and, even they used frozen pigs, people DID NOT NOTICE!!!~!
