I was looking for a new nice restaurant with good view in Hong Kong side for long time. Most of restaurants with view are those big and expensive restaurants. About 10 minutes away from CWB mtr, I found this on the top of the building. All the decors are fine dining restaurant. Typhoon shelter style aubergine with Sakura shrimp - the portion was big and it’s special. I really love the crispy Sakura shrimp.
American lobster soup with fish maws sliced sea conch - very strong and creamy lobster soup.
Siu Mai with sea urchins and salmon roe - very fusion of Chinese and western food. Very nice 👍🏼!
Mongolia style slow cook Australian lamb racks with maltose - a very special way of cooking as it was soft and tender. I love the maltose on the skin of lamb racks the most.
Streamed sticky rice stuffed with french quail - french quail is always in a fine dining restaurant but now it is here with sticky rice stuffed inside. I love it!
Ending up with special dessert like Dark plum hawthorn pudding with red wine and gold flakes - it tastes like Chinese pudding but wine after taste.
$788 per head was reasonable with the quality of food. I definitely will come back again!
