First time at Tartine and was definitely impressed. Reminds me of a small French bistro (has an outdoor area to eat) with a great restaurant interior and definitively would be a cool hang out spot to have a few drinks. We ordered a lunch set in which you can order three items from the lunch menu for HK$168. I ordered the pork rillettes with toast, which I wasn't very fond of as it was a bit too rich for my taste but would be great if you love incredibly creamy and rich pate, the prawn and homemade béchamel tartine and the Mediterranean Vegetables, Scarmorza Cheese & Pesto Tartine. The tartines themselves were incredibly tasty as the ingredients were definitely fresh and none of the ingredients overpowered other ingredients….giving a well balanced tartine. Although the food was great, the service was quite lacking as the waitresses were pretty slow to respond to each table. Would definitely come back again.
