Disappointing tempura handled by local (= HK) guys. There was oil everywhere on the paper.HUGH difference from what I had before when the chef was a Japanese. HUGH difference from what I had before when the chef was a Japanese. I still remember the first time i went there (not long after its grand opening) I was telling myself finally I found a place that could make good tempura in HK. I became a repeat customer for a year and then left HK.

After I came back to HK I tried a couple of times in the IFC branch. Seemed ok but not really great. Was wondering if the TST branch could be better due to my good experience. Sigh... even worse.

Really unhappy. Why local chefs just can't do a good job?

Other food was pretty good. At this price it should be.
