Sichuan Spicy Cuisine and Private Kitchen

This is the 1st private kitchen we had been too in HK; I have taken different friends to go back and revisit the place. It was still the same old feeling - good sichuan dishes, good variety, juicy and soft beef brisket, delicious dumplings, sichuan chicken, steamed spare ribs .... The highlight of the night was the singing from the Chef - the lady that hosted all the dishes and sang for the whole floor. We were stunned and thrilled everytime when we heard her singing - those were Sichuan Opera

We were stunned and thrilled everytime when we heard her singing - those were Sichuan Opera songs. Good service here with this private kitchen. I recommend you bring any friend there if you fancy sichuan and spicy foods. In fact, not all the dishes are spicy and hence you should not be scarded.
