After a highly successful 3-month pop-up at K11, Korean soft ice-cream specialist, Baek Mi Dang, has finally found a permanent home in Hong Kong. Chocolate cream cake ($48) - They're now located just one level down from their pop-up site. I was there after a quick dinner in the area and was a little surprised not to see a big crowd in front of the store.Instead of the usual soft serve which we grew so accustomed to having here, I decided to opt for their cream cakes. This was pretty decent. The cream in between the different layers was certainly silky smooth but the sponge could be more spongy I thought.
