The meal started well with vegetable spring rolls that were lightly fried. Next up was the baby cabbage. While a bit too salty, the cabbage was nicely cooked. That's when things took a bad turn. The restaurant's version of massaman curry is reminiscent of packaged grocery store sauces: lacking depth of flavor. The restaurant's version of massaman curry is reminiscent of packaged grocery store sauces: lacking depth of flavor. The usual peanuts and potatoes were missing leaving the chicken as the only other ingredient. We asked for rice three times before it finally arrived. The bread we ordered arrived much later when the curry had already become cold. The glass noodle dish arrived cold. That's because it sat on the counter (I actually saw it) for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to bring it to our table. Fortunately, there are many great Thai restaurants in Hong Kong so we will never need to return to this one.
