Prior Spoon from Alain Ducasse, RECH has taken over to change the concept by seafood. In my point of view, under SPOON was quite heavy by lots of sauce in each dish (without saying bad, don't get me wrong). A change into RECH is a good choice as well. The cookpot is an authentic signature recipe from Alain Ducasse that you can find in any worldwide Alain Ducasse, passing by London, Monte Carlo or Hong Kong. The service is very professional, speechless, and they do pay attention to every details such as bringing you shawl straight when you are feeling cold without asking... small thing but nowadays in HK is almost none attention like this way. Some places should be educated in this way to be honest ! The Sommelier is great and recommended us a delighted wine pairing which makes our night. They have such a wine cellar HEAVEN ! Would be such shame to not enjoy it
