Typically brusque HK service. That’s ok.Ordered a plain cheese burger as I came here for the first time, together with fries.Fries - definitely from frozen, not made on-site. Nevertheless tasty as fries normally are...Burger came about 5mins later.It looked sizeable but rubbish. I didn’t judge without biting however.So, I bit in and chewed. Immediate disappointment. Utterly underwhelming. Zero flavour. To break it down:- bread not fresh, average quality. Uninspiring in every way. - cheap flavour

To break it down:

- cheap flavourless cheese.
- a few small bits of mushy tomato. Yay!!! Or not.
- finally, the piece de resistance! A grey, tough, unseasoned patty.... what the!?!? The Marks and Spencer’s basic patty is far superior!
FAIL on all counts.
Why go here, when you have Butchers Club, Honbo and others nearby....
Conclusion - a good-looking tourist trap. Simply avoid. Or just go there for drinks, like half the other customers I later noticed.
This is the place where unloved food goes to die.
