Burgeroom📍铜锣湾百德新街50-56号Fashion Walk食街地下D号舖久违的同日文朋友见面,趁我仲喺港岛工作,去一次bookmark咗好几年、Openrice人气爆登嘅Burgeroom食晚餐。呢间位于铜锣湾食街内嘅汉堡专门店,提供形形色色嘅汉堡包同经典美食滋味小食。朋友原来好多年前到访过,佢表示当年香港未有咁多主打高档汉堡嘅餐厅,所以想食Burgeroom只可以排下队先!时至今日,生意依然兴旺,好彩我哋book咗台,否则又有排等。芝士条炸得香脆,芝士拉丝效果佳;薯条香脆可口,不油腻;至于汉堡,无论是鸡肉汉堡还是牛肉汉堡,肉质都相当嫩滑,味道香浓,搭配生菜、芝士与酱汁后更显丰富层次。整体而言,这次用餐体验令人满意,会推荐给喜欢汉堡的朋友。 💰$100Guacamole Chicken Burger 🥑Burgeroom对食肉同食素嘅朋友都好友善,因为佢嘅选择实在太多,而且细心地分咗唔同category,令食客睇得舒适,拣得放心。除咗牛肉、海鲜、素等类别,仲有鸡肉、鸭肉等汉堡供应,可谓琳瑯满目。虽知佢哋嘅鹅肝汉堡好受欢迎,但考虑到健康,都系拣返个清新啲、无咁heavy嘅牛油果酱芝士鸡柳汉堡。佢哋个guac牛油果味十足,幼滑得嚟留有少少颗粒感,夹埋蕃茄同生菜,令个包湿润啲同有层次感啲。鸡肉无咩脂肪,咬落多汁,且有炭烤过嘅香味,想食得丰富拣呢个肯定无衰! 💰$80牛肉汉堡朋友有啲挂住佢嘅招牌牛肉汉堡,所以menu都唔洗睇,可以直接落order。俾多$10加芝士,经典如emoji burger嘅汉堡就呈现喺眼前。牛汉堡扒相当厚身,牛味浓郁,肉汁满满,肉质鲜嫩无渣,非常高质。夹层生菜、蕃茄好新鲜,同半溶嘅车打芝士简直系绝配,加上外微脆内松软嘅芝麻包,绝对系性价比之选。 💰$35Twister Fries 食汉堡又点可以无薯条?难得有唔同种类拣,当然要试下旋风薯条啦!薯条调味得宜,炸至香香脆脆,叫人食个不停。 💰$65Mozzarella Sticks 🧀 芝士条一定要趁热食!我哋一上菜就急不及待试下系咪真系可以拉丝,事实上亦如图所示,mozzarella cheese真系可以拉出长长嘅芝士丝!面衣混有香草同香料,食落皮脆馅软,芝味浓香,好玩又好食。 继续阅读

Be warn!! Bad customer service!My experience with Burgeroom was one of the kind.The owner "Steven" was so rude. I thought he was a waiter but it was the owner that was rude and super bad customer service skills. As a F&B owner, does he know customers is always right ? This is one of the reasons why so many F&B are closing down in HK! There's no customer service when food quality is just ok. There are so many other choices. Why do I need to go there and pay that 10% service fee for rude service! The owner should be so ashamed of himself. He should go take a customer service course before presenting himself at his rest! 继续阅读

「顶!今次真系嬲到震!间餐厅唔单止个侍应废,连老细Steven都痴线嘅!我明明只系想换支冻啤酒(暖嘅点饮啊?),条友居然同我拗足成篇废话,态度串到吖,好似我乞佢咁!大佬,使唔使咁难啊?换支酒都睇面色,仲要畀个老细当众耍,真系未试过咁冇瘾!最后嬲到直接走人,钱都唔想畀!讲真,大家千祈唔好帮衬呢间,悭返啖气食碗车仔面好过。Steven咁嘅服务态度,迟早执笠啦!仲要系铜锣湾咁贵租,睇你顶得几耐~」I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. It wasn't just the waiter; the owner, Steven, was incredibly rude. I simply asked to change my warm beer for a cold one, and instead of helping, he argued with me over nonsense. His attitude was shocking and made me feel disrespected. I just wanted a decent drink, but Steven's refusal to assist ruined my visit. I left feeling disappointed and upset.
