Ruin my mood and appetize!

: I always like Cova. Both food and ice-cream. But at this Festival Walk ristorante, I just had very bad experience. Last night, my girlfriend and I arrive at 9:30. Obviously we join the 8:30-10:30 section. When we walked in, a waitress seems not really welcome and keep looking at her watch, said 'our last order at 10:15pm..." We said, that's ok. There's still 45 min. to serve food. She didn't seem like to accept us and having concern if we stay late. However, we sit down and started eating. Foo

Food was great...BUT, she and her other colleague kept come to our table every single 10 minutes. And keep remind us "it's almost close", "it's almost close", "can you pay first?" "Last order", They just made us very annoying. Kept us answering her questions. It totally ruined our mood and appetize!!! And last, they made us pay at 10:15pm. Okay thats' alright. We paid. Then they started to talk very loud, asking other staffs as if they wanted to bring the left-over cakes, the entire cake which they don't keep overnight home or not. Really noisy! And they seems not aware there're some clients still sitting there and dining. I AM VERY PISSED OFF, TOTALLY! I found this is horribly ridiculous and rude! COVA should be a very high ranking restaurant among all. All price and food both in high rate. We are not only paying for food. We also look for service!! They just want to kick us off the restaurant. Moving tables and shouted and laughed loud to each other... MY GOD! HOW COME THE SERVICE SO SUCKS?! I just felt like eating at the canteen or street restaurant. They are very impolite. Long faces and not feel like welcome. We are very disappointed!!!!: Are we at COVA??huffy:


However, no need to spilit to 2 sessions. This is cheating!! They were rushing the clients to go. And let the 2nd session start right away with other clients. Their staffs told us they need to close at 10:30pm, But WHY YOU PUT THE 2nd session at the panel 8:30-10:30. I found this is no enjoyment at all. Just eat, Don't talk or slow eating!

Tasty food with BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE!! IF you go again, don't expect their service. Just eat FAST!!!!!
