A lot of ppl highly recommended this ramen shop and I’ve decided to give it a go. We spent half an hour waiting during lunch hours on a weekday. Ordered their signature ramen - Madai Broth Ramen. Ramen is springy and chewy. The seafood broth is so rich, I found it a bit fishy at first (I’m kinda picky tho) yet after mixing it with the yuzu dressing (the yellow paste) it tastes a lot better!
