Rice Paper (已結業)

I went with my wife last Saturday for a quick lunch. We both ordered a dish. My wife's came first. Until hers finished, mine has not yet arrived. I asked waitress to check. No feedback and no apology.After a while, I could not stand it anymore. I asked to check the bill. They just sent me the bill and cancelled my dish. Again, no apology.I was so angry and got Korean noddle in nearby food court.Will sure blacklist this chain.
