We came for a late dinner but still had a long wait - it was super busy, probably because of the re-opening of the restaurant. We decided to wait and finally got seated after about 40mins. Our drinks took a while to arrive, but our server was apologetic, which was a good. Our drinks took a while to arrive, but our server was apologetic, which was a good. We always get ribs when we come to RT and we wanted to try a new dish from the menu so we ordered the Bacon Cheddar Sliders.
The sliders came out looking very impressive - and a lot larger than expected. However, we were very disappointing - the chicken patty was very dry and bland. If there was more mayonnaise or some other sauce on the bun it probably would have helped cover the dryness and add to the flavour.
The ribs are always a winner here - very tender and the sauce has the right amount of sweetness and tanginess. Finger lickin' good.
