There is raw,there is cooked. All the finest and freshest that you won't use any soy sauce and wasabi to ruin it. Definitely worth what you are paying. All dishes are defined and too many of them. This "Baby eel Sashimi- noodles " is the highlight for my dinner tonight . It is so thin and clear like glass noodles. But if you look carefully enough , you will see each noodles got it eyes on it . Interesting .
My first non-fishy "Elephant trunk clam sashimi ". Like!

Fluorescent baby squid sashimi. These are the big fatty one . Friendly chef Yuen says best to have seafood in winter, winter seafood are much fatty and delicious than summer.
Chef asked hows everything nicely . I was just being cheeky and said it's so lovely , but not enough. So he really gave
two little extra rice for treats . aw..... thats sweet of him !
Top best quality of Japanese melon and strawberries. They are exceptionally sweet. Stunning dining experience. Planning when do I come next .
