After exchanging some unused foreign currency at Chungking Mansion, I decided to have dinner first before heading back home. Shortly after i have ordered, the waiter served me a basket of papadum. It was thin in texture and crispy, like eating chips. Sauce was spicy, going well with the papadum.
Chicken vindaloo - As the waiter warned me beforehand, this curry was very spicy. True to his words, it was truly spicy and thick in texture. Chicken was cooked till soft and smooth, chewy as well.
Parantha was served warm and chewy, going well with the spicy curry.
