It had been a while that I haven't came to Tosca. When I came for lunch today, I was so lucky to get seat close to their great view again.As usual, they have a variety of olive oil and they will introduce them and I chose the more fruity type.Their amuse bouche has changed though still tomato based. the tomato with the pistachio on top complemented each other so well.The swordfish it not a common dish to have. It was seasoned well with a hint of curry to it. The texture was more on firmer side.I

I think this is the first time I tried their risotto. It was creamy yet still al dente. The asparagus and saffron not only made the dish more aesthetic, their freshness was just perfect match for the rich cheesy risotto.

Since I tried their signature desserts several times, I went for the caramelised pineapple. I definitely loved this dessert but it is more on the tarty side. Therefore, if you don't prefer citric tastes, do not order this dessert
