I am a total perfectionist when it comes to tasting Hong Kong Style Milk Tea and Hong Kong Style Iced Lemon Tea because it's the two beverage I have had daily for over 20 years.I have to say that the Hong Kong style milk tea here amazes me, it has that perfect local milk tea taste, with a very rich milky flavour as well as a strong tea flavour without tasting overly bitter.
