South Africa Rollex - these two are a bit smaller comparing with the other two, its fresh, salty and sweet.France Sentinelle - it is abit bigger comparing with Rollex but it is sweeter, both soft and a bit chewy.Argentina Sea Urchin Red Shrimp - with fish roe, seaweed and cucumber, it is very fresh and the urchin and the shrimp are well match.Deep fried Spanish Padron Peppers - never tried it before, at first i though it was crunchy but it wasn't, it was soft in texture, the taste is not so spic

Argentina Sea Urchin Red Shrimp - with fish roe, seaweed and cucumber, it is very fresh and the urchin and the shrimp are well match.
Deep fried Spanish Padron Peppers - never tried it before, at first i though it was crunchy but it wasn't, it was soft in texture, the taste is not so spicy, and with the salt on top bring out the sweetness of the pepper.
Stuffed Mushroom with Iberico ham - the mushroom is juicy and it match well with the Iberico ham
Oyster Bisque - full oyster taste, it is smooth and creamy in texture, and have an entire cooked oyster in the soup.
Truffle Mushroom Soup - rich in truffle taste, is it less creamy.
Pan Fried NZ Salmon fillet - it is served with salad and mashed potato, covered with white wine cream sauce. The fillet was juicy and soft, with a crunchy fried skin.
Banoffee Pie - fresh banana, caramel sauce on biscuit based, tapping with vanilla whipping cream. It wasn't too sweet, the banana and toffee taste match well, is creamy and at the bottom a crumbly biscuit base, crunchy but not too thick.
