I placed a delivery order from Lobster Pot through online dining platform .First off, the menu isn’t well formatted to the online dining platform app. I selected a lobster roll and was forced to select either fries or a salad (at an additional cost of $20) before I could add the item to my basket. There was no option to not add one or the other so I selected salad and had to pay an additional $20 for any already expensive lobster roll. When my order arrived, there was no salad. So not o
First off, the menu isn’t well formatted to the online dining platform app. I selected a lobster roll and was forced to select either fries or a salad (at an additional cost of $20) before I could add the item to my basket. There was no option to not add one or the other so I selected salad and had to pay an additional $20 for any already expensive lobster roll. When my order arrived, there was no salad. So not only was I forced to pay for something I didn’t want, I didn’t even receive the salad that I had paid for.
The actual lobster roll was decent, but small and considerably overpriced. The macaroni & cheese was poorly seasoned and very average overall.
I will not be ordering from Lobster Pot again.
