I tried the original flavor in the past so I decided to try their earl grey flavor. Just to clarify, this is Bove's souffle pancake but it seems only their original flavor has the signature bove logo.Given the price of souffle pancakes of many stores out there, for $42, this souffle pancake is quite good being quite fluffy though I admit it is not up airy level. However, the earl grey flavor did not stand out(even though I chose honey, the lightest sauce). It tasted just like the original flavor

Given the price of souffle pancakes of many stores out there, for $42, this souffle pancake is quite good being quite fluffy though I admit it is not up airy level.
However, the earl grey flavor did not stand out(even though I chose honey, the lightest sauce). It tasted just like the original flavor. I would have to say simply buy the original flavor if you want to try their pancakes.
It also took quite sometime for the pancake to be made (around 20mins) so please prepare to wait a bit.
