Everytime i walked past Ramen Bari-Uma, it was always crowded and seeing that the crowd is considered reasonable today and running a promotion for take-away now, I decided to join in the crowd. They are having a promotion for take-away, with 15% off. They offered pork and chicken ramen, with pork and spicy soup broth. Besides that, they served gyoza, fried chicken cubes, drinks and desserts etc.
Gyoza - It was pan-fried till the skin was crispy and thin in texture. The fillings inside was juicy and chewy, and the sauce provided helped to enhance the taste.
Ajitama-uma - It was practically pork ramen with egg in pork bone broth. As it was take-away, the soup was packaged separately and was given heating bag to heat up the ramen. After 10 minutes, the ramen was sizzling hot, served to be served. Pork was chewy, with lean fats in between. Ramen was chewy and smooth, and the soup was very tasty and flavourful, creamy and thick in texture. Lava egg was very soft and smooth, with the egg yolk came flowing out.
Green tea ice cream - It was creamy and smooth, with strong green tea taste. It was a good way to end off my meal after such a heavy dish.
