It’s not easy to find a delicious 😋 Wagyu in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 but I can control how to cook the Wagyu here. It never be over cooked with a very crispy outer layer 🤤Normally I like medium rare 🥩 as I can still taste the freshness of the steak 🥩. Likewise, they use the expensive Wagyu steak, they have excellent fat ration with nice pattern. You can taste the melt with the fats and it is really tasty =] Apart from the steak, their sides are quite nice as well. The set includes appetiser, salad and rice
