Went as a group of three and we ordered a sukiyaki set for four. At first, the server only served us with 3 raw eggs and we had to confirm if it should be 4 eggs instead 3 for the set we ordered. Then he said he would bring the fourth one back. Clearly playing dumb and not serving us for what we paid for, guess because he saw there was only the three of us. He also didn’t make it clear that we could be having 4 servings of either rice or udon for the set, we had to make sure it’s 4 servings with
The beef was alright. They cook the beef for you but then they will just ask u to cook the rest of the stuff yourself. And the rice quality is poor.
On a side note, there’s no water refill in the toilet tank so you can’t flush the toilet. Simply disgusting and unhygienic.
Conclusion: will not go again, there are other places with better food and services. I just do not appreciate the way they treat their customers.
