WELCOME DRINK🫖EARTH - Chenpi Pu'er: There is a nice yuzu aroma in the tea.

SAVORIES🐚Hand-Dived Scallop Tartare, Orange & Jasmine Tea Gel: The scallop is fresh and not chewy. The orange and Jasmine tea gel added the freshness to the scallop.
🌮48 Month Jamon Iberico, Cheese Curd, Lavish: Crispy lavish and all the flavours balance well.
🍄Mushroom and Truffle Arancini, Truffle Aioli: Loved the crispiness on the outside and the softness on the inside. Had a very nice mushroom and truffle aroma.
🥪Spanish Serrano Ham and Manchego Cheese Toasties: The ham and cheese flavours complemented well and the toastie was crispy.
SWEETS🥭Mango Passion Fruit Ginger Chocolate Bon Bon: Good that the ginger flavours were not too strong to overtake the mango and passion fruit flavours.
🍋Citrus Lemon Verbena Cheesecake: Loved the tangy flavours that made the dessert very refreshing.
🍊Salted Kumquat White Chocolate Verrine: Even though there is salted kumquat, it was not too salty. The white chocolate was not overly sweet as well. Another refreshing treat.
🍫Bergamot 72% Chocolate Hazelnut Cake: A very nice slight hazelnut flavour in the cake, the chocolate was not too sweet.
🍊Tangerine Peel Scone with Clotted Cream & Tangerine Peel Orange Jam: Scones were nice. They were not too dry and did not crumble upon cutting. The tangerine peel added some special flavours.
DRINKS - WELLNESS TEA🫖FIRE - Glow Your Skin: It had a very strong Chinese herbal and Ginseng flavour.
🫖WATER - Freeze Your Age: An aromatic tea that did not have the bitterness of Chinese teas.
An afternoon tea with delightful surprise. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice with live music 🎵
