NOT WORTH THE SERVICE OR FOOD

This was my second time at Mott 32. The first was a horrible experience but my friend visiting convinced me to go again. 1st time the cocktail glass had a HUGE lipstick stain on the glass when it arrived (tbh I don’t understand how the bartenders missed this) they apologized and said they’ll make a new one for us, brought back the same glass with part of the stain still left on the glass because all they did was wipe it but evidently they missed a spot. This was my second time at Mott 32. The first was a horrible experience but my friend visiting convinced me to go again. 1st time the cocktail glass had a HUGE lipstick stain on the glass when it arrived (tbh I don’t understand how the bartenders missed this) they apologized and said they’ll make a new one for us, brought back the same glass with part of the stain still left on the glass because all they did was wipe it but evidently they missed a spot. The manager came to apologize and said our drinks are on them.
So last night we went again and they sat us right by the bathroom next to the check out counter when there were so many other tables available. The service is just awful. Waiters are so not professional, when I asked them about the food some of them were condescending and I watched them giggle to other staff about it. They forgot to bring stuff to the table quite often or fulfill our requests. It’s really really disappointing. Our “clean” plates also had bits of leftover food. IT WAS SO GROSS AND SO NOT WORTH IT. Go to duddells or China tang for your Pekin duck but I’m telling you this will be one of your worst dining experiences. Service AWFUL. Hygiene so questionable. Food mediocre. Don’t give them your money
