We ordered the following:Lion's Head MeatballXiao Long BaoString Bean with Olive and Minced PorkSaliva ChickenThe Lions Head Meatball was PINK on the inside and tasted like CAT FOOD! When i asked the waitress to cook it further, she kept insisting that it's SUPPOSED to be that red/pink, but cmon lady, the outer edge was brown so obviously it isnt supposed to be pink. When i asked the waitress to cook it further, she kept insisting that it's SUPPOSED to be that red/pink, but cmon lady, the outer edge was brown so obviously it isnt supposed to be pink. In the end we gave up and ate it anyway.
Xiao Long Bao was with very thin skin which stuck to the bamboo steamer, so all the soup from the inside was gone. The meat inside was also gross and chunky. Not good at all!
Saliva chicken was okay, chili sauce. The sauce made my mouth tingle though, weird.
The beans were alright but a little on the wet side.
