羅坤發粉麵食店 (已結業)

i went there today and ordered the two 'most famous' dishes : tomato beef + cabbage dumpling seasame noodles. it came with big portion, but it didn't taste good at all. very ordinary...and the woman who was serving us wasn't that friendly at all...anyway, the food is no more than just 'okay'...and definitely doesn't taste like vietnamese food <i was really disappointed
