this bar has a really interesting policy that has put me off going there again We went there for a drink at happy hour like people after work do and what we noticed was that almost before a local has even sat down at their table a bowl of snacks is provided and refiilled over and over, however if a western group of people sit down at a table this doesn't happen at all. When we asked the waitress and waiter why we wrere not provided with snacks we were told it was a 'cultural' thing but that w

When we asked the waitress and waiter why we wrere not provided with snacks we were told it was a 'cultural' thing but that we could pay for them! This is not the first time it happened I have been there 3 times and seen the same thing.
It would seem strange that these people are paying for snacks they were given before they have even opened a menu that keep being re-filled!!
Ii won't be going back.
