I think this restaurant is okay for normal dining (but probably too average for special occasions). I ordered a set dinner with sirloin steak and grilled king prawn. The steak is average restaurant quality but the spagetti cooked quite well (not too soft). The sauce is average gravy.... The duck breast salad is above average although there is nothing outstanding about it. The signature chocolate pudding dessert worth trying if you like chocolate very much and you haven't tried before. The

The signature chocolate pudding dessert worth trying if you like chocolate very much and you haven't tried before. The only minor point is it cost HKD 48, which is relatively expensive compared with the price of the set dinner. The price for the set dinner is very reasonable considering the quality of the food. A set dinner start with HKD 78 (one main course selection) and the set I ordered cost HKD 118 (double selection).
Overall the quality is satisfactory but you should treat it as a slight above average restaurant rather than the high class hotel standard (which is unfair as the price has a big different)
