To celebrate my friend’s birthday, we went to Camper’s, a popular restaurant known for its extremely big portions in Tin Hau. We surveyed the other tables and were in awe at the steam coming out of their dishes. We have to say the portions of meat were unexpectedly and unbelievably big, way beyond what we thought they would be. My friend got the Beef Ribs and Mixed Vege w. Black Pepper Teriyaki Sauce Salad ($89) and found her salad fresh and crunchy, with the meat deeply soaked in the sauce. I also upgraded the Slow Cooked Pork Cartilage and Vege Cury w. Mixed Rice ($69) to be served with the udon dish (+$10), with the 15 kinds of vegetables included, the dish transpired into an incredible experience amalgamated with great taste and variety of colours. We added two pieces of chicken breasts ($15) and it for sure wasn’t a mistake. This is the very few times I could say confidently that I paid less for what it’s worth, to say the least. Although it isn’t a fine dining place, it was a fantastic place to catch up with my friend. Good service too by the way!
