Big Bun-The skin is good-The filling is very dissapointing. Customer Service
-Captain/Supervisor is rather polite and helpful
-Did not jot down/put in the hotel guest rebate immediately after being told.
-Waiter is rather impolite;
-Did not check the bill careful before passing to customer,
-Did not return the changes (HK$40) until we have to ask for them from the captain,
-Waiter said "I don't care" when captain asked if he had return the changes!
For a Hotel Restaurant, the Customer Service and Food Quality is terrible.
