It was my birthday when I visit StoneGrill with my family. I was slightly not impressed by the smell of a meat shop when I first stepped into the restaurant. But it's indeed a new experience to grill the steak on a 400C sqaure-shaped stone, yet it is wise to eat in a faster pace before the steak to become too well done, or before the stone cools down and can no longer "heat" your food.It is expensive, but the service matches the standard. It is expensive, but the service matches the standard. The waiter kindly explain the menu as well as on how to "cook" your food on the stone. Surely would be a restaurant for special days.
Hope they have improved on the air-conditioning by now.
