Took a cab to the restaurant not realizing the place is actually just a few minutes walk from Citic Tower in Admiralty. A reservation for a party of 11 was made a week in advance, but they didn't have it when we arrived. Sunday Brunch menu offers a choice of a main (anything from breakfast, pasta, pizza, fish, steak, etc.), salad/soup buffet, and coffee/tea. I really enjoyed the salad buffet so not much to say there. The only miss for me was the main dish. I felt like pasta, so decided to try their shrimp risotto. It was extremely bland, so I didn't even finish it, even though the portion itself was quite small. Perhaps I chose poorly as other friends didn't mention anything wrong with what they were having at the time, but then again, I didn't ask them. The soup was also similar in that respect and it seemed like they were always out.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I liked the atmosphere. Rare to find a place in Hong Kong that is not too overwhelming or deficient. It is an affordable, comfortable, family-friendly environment to dine-in with attentive and genuinely nice staff. I would like to return in the future if somehow changes to the above could be improved.
