Specially curated with seasonal ingredients, the innovative menu kick starts with their classic Iberico Char Siu stacked with sliced pineapple with sweet and sour tobiko mayo within the crispy Chinese bun; followed by a tempting Flame-seared Daily Beef Salad that presented with Chinese angelica soya sauce, with cilantro, cordyceps flower, and green bean noodles in bonito peanut vinaigrette for a nourishing yet refreshing taste.

Their main dish highlights one of their diners’ all-time favorites Slow Cooked 24 Hours Iberico Char Siu Pork Fat Rice, topped with pickled red onion, 63°C egg, and perfectly seared foie gras for an additional HK$90. Continuing the culinary journey with drool-worthy carbs of Dried Shrimp Chinese Rice Roll in Hot Pot, served with seared meaty Pacific prawns and seasoned with rich satay sauce.
