Was curious to try this new place by Pirata Group, finally entering the Arena of "pizzeria" in Hong Kong. The place was quiet maybe because they are still in soft opening. Ordered a "Friarielli e salsiccia" and found it very good, maybe just a little burnt on the crust, accompanied it with a Spritz. Service was quite good and staff available to explain the ideas behind the concept. Gnocco fritto with mortadella was offered on the house, will try it again next time !
