Walked past this newly opened café on Minden Avenue, and was really drawn by their bright and open design! ☕️ Pic 1️⃣: 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙏𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙞 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙞 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙚 / 白松露野菌意大利雲吞 - $138 hkd 🍝🍄 — The tortellini’s are actually pretty good, but because of the way it’s plated and the lack of sauce, they cool down really easily. The tortellini had a good thickness to them and were adequately filled with their porcini filling which was really creamy and flavourful. The white truffle sauce

— The tortellini’s are actually pretty good, but because of the way it’s plated and the lack of sauce, they cool down really easily. The tortellini had a good thickness to them and were adequately filled with their porcini filling which was really creamy and flavourful. The white truffle sauce has a good consistency to it but lacks a strong mushroom taste and the truffle taste is not very prominent either, and I just wish there was more of it!

— Half the bagel was burnt 😅 so they really need to work on that. The egg on top was WAY too raw though, had to get rid of half of it. The garlic sauce is pretty good, nicely seasoned and coated the shrimp nicely too. The shrimp were were cooked with a nice springy texture to them.

— I initially misread this and I thought this came with chocolate ice cream, but turns out it’s the same french toast base but with different sauces on top. 😂 The french toast is well pan-fried, giving it that crispy exterior whilst the bread was still soft on the inside. Personally thought there was too much chocolate sauce though, and it covered a lot of the other flavours.

— Really good! Loved that the earl grey taste was strong and aromatic. The roll cake wasn’t overly sweet and the whipped cream in the centre was smooth with a rich caramel flavour. The cake texture was great too, super light, airy and loved how thick the cake layer was!
Pic 5️⃣: 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚 / 抹茶拿鐵 - $50 hkd 🍵
— Not sure what happened to the latte art here, but the drink itself was quite nice. Matcha tasted strong but not bitter, with a subtle hint of sweetness to it.
😋Taste: I think this place has potential, plating is done nicely but flavours could be a bit more polished here and there.
