My favorite old ramen store is now replaced by this Japanese michelin one star ramen. Was super excited to try this !The line was massive, I went on a weekday around 1 pm, which was the peak lunch hour in central ! I had tried two different kind of ramen, their signature shio hamaguri and tonkatsu pepper version. The noodle texture was thin, but a little chewy. I personally prefer thick or yellow noodles when it comes to ramen ! Their soup based was more towards the clear and thin. I cannot say

Honestly, I prefer the old ramen store ! I guess I will not have a crave for this ramen but I don’t mind eating here
