Came by for lunch at the Michelin 2 star inside the Langham Place hotel. Managed to secure a reservation a few hours prior to arrival on a Saturday.The restaurant is very large, luxurious and comfortable.Started off with the Jelly Fish done 3 ways and it was definitely very uniquely prepared, a definite must try.Moved on to the roasted suckling pig and it was excellent. The Beef Rice Noodle crepe was okay, still very slippery and fresh.
The highlight of the meal was the award-winning fried fish/shrimp paste dish w/ a side of vegetables. Despite being a relatively large dish, this is a must try and well prepared.
The mango pamelo dessert was also pretty good.
Service throughout the meal was very good.
