💡Taste :I would highly recommend the grilled Wagyu slice, the excitement of watching your Wagyu get cooked adds the extra factor addition to the mouth watering Wagyu. My second recommendation would be the sea urchin Wagyu, this dish was appetising and refreshing. The next dish worth trying is the fire steak! Cooked perfectly! From a fresh selection of Wagyu beef to choose from, there was just too much tendon in the Wagyu making it extremely chewy and unable to eat; especially in the raw Wagyu sushi selection.The rest of the menu was not particularly good quality or flavourful - I would not consider it value for money. 💡Environment & Service: a small restaurant in the heart of Causeway Bay. The service was personalised and friendly. I would consider this a friendly atmosphere
