1. Poor attitude (receptionist) during booking. 2. Poor CS (receptionist) - didn't even greet customers.3. Environment was good, clean, and quiet. 4. Food ordered: Hoikaido Beef Teriyaki and Steak / goose liver teppan yaki set4.1 Hoikaido Beef's taste was acceptable, but the beef was a bit tough.4.2 Steak/Goose Liver set was good in appearance and taste. 4.1 Hoikaido Beef's taste was acceptable, but the beef was a bit tough.
4.2 Steak/Goose Liver set was good in appearance and taste. Thumbs up on this one!
5. One of the sushi chef kept on breaking dishes at the back and did not even apologize to customers for making such noise.
6. Overall...... average rating!
