We walked in for lunch, and the Liu Yuan Pavillion didn't like our looks, the way we dressed, or maybe my breath, but with 3/4 of the seats empty, they said "NO TABLE!"My thoughts ventured to being an Anglo American and not wanted.  Thus, be warned by this review.
