The extra fatty Tottor otoro is rich in oiI and it’s unique flavour just awakened my olfactory sense. The Bafun Uni sushi was also a beautiful item which melted in my mouth effortlessly. To beat the summer heat, the chef introduce this Monster of Reiwa Oyster to me. After topped with the yuzu “jelly”, the sweetness and citrus taste had brought the oyster to another level🤣. Overall, it was a sensational journey for not only your olfaction but also vision. 100% worthwhile to try!!!!
