Went there after the movie 'Batman"...the two of us ordered "Fish and Chips" and their recommanded dish " Duck breast". The fish and chips was at standard, but the duck was bad, the service was terrible, no meet and greet, no smile, no checking on food nor refill of drinks.....I don't know if it' too late at night or what, but they say their service hour was until 2am. Their last order was 10:30pm. The moment I walked in, there's no warm welcome, they basically didn't want to lead you to your table, they don't want to seat you down while you have no idea on whether they want to take you in or not. When they finally decided to take you in, they just sent you to an elevator, where you have to walk yourself in and figure out which floor to go to, plus they dun care who you are, there were no greetings nor thank you before and after the meal. Honestly speaking wouldn't want to return with that kind of service. The atmosphere and decoration was nice, but the price of the food and food quality....was only okay.
