Just another day looking for beer at daytime, my friend recommended me this wonderful brewery so I could try something new. I was quite amazed when I stepped inside this place, cause I never heard Hong Kong have such a huge restaurant along with brewery. In addition, the whole ambiance here was also very chill and relaxed, so me and a few friends sited down for a few beers before we go outside to the pier watching sunset.So we ordered the Beer Tasting Paddle, we was told this is the signature MU
So we ordered the Beer Tasting Paddle, we was told this is the signature MUST-TRY item here. It taste from light to strong, and waiter explained to us very patiently. Overall, all of the beer tastes very nice, especially Pale Ale & India Pale Ale is my favorite.
We only ordering a little bit since it's quite near our dinner time, I choose Curry Lamb which come with sourdough. the sourdough went very well with curry lamb and potato, the texture of curry was very rich, creamy with many other ingredients like onion.
As I had been told, we must try the Creme Burlee here, and we also added Pavlova. It taste really wonderful and photo-able.
