The service, that is. The place is under-staffed, while the waiters that are there are just super "concentrated" on their work -- walking around with their heads down ignoring customers! Waiting 20 minutes for the bill doesn't really help create a positive final impression neither.Thankfully, the food is much better than the service. I heard they are renovating/expanding soon (an adjacent store is boarded up with "ZEN" ...) so maybe the dinning experience will be much improved with a new look and some new staff?
