This is one of the very few restaurants in HK that can be called authentic Taiwanese. Taste is overall good, but is inconsistent (i.e. often quite good, but sometimes not so good). As a Taiwanese, I would rank this place as one of my two favorite Taiwanese restaurants in HK. (The other place is the beef-noodle place in YaMaTei.)Most other Taiwanese restaurants in HK do not really serve Taiwanese food.
