Can’t believe I went all the way to shau kei wan to eat waffles and egg puffs 😆 but this is honestly one of the best 雞蛋仔 / 格仔餅 in HK. Amazed at how they can make it so crunchy on the outside but chewy on the inside. Also appreciate how the owner asked if we needed to have the waffle cut in half, so that it’s easier to share 🤣 don’t think they’re that low key though since u can se a huuuuge line when you’re around the shop! But also be prepared for a long wait of 30mins just for this on the weeke
